Our typical day includes providing needed preventative care services, surgical services, and urgent care services to pets and animals in need, and supporting their loving pet owners. After-hours emergencies are referred to a local emergency clinic. Our staff members can expect a 4 ½ to 5 ½ day work week and no holiday clinical hours in a non-corporate practice environment. We truly operate with team-based management rather than control-based management principles, respecting the work of each associate from the front of the office to direct care staff, as well as the work of our practice owners—this is what makes independent practice work appealing to many veterinary professionals. Terms

Highly Competitive base salary plus negotiable benefits such as but not limited to: Indiana/Federal Licensures and DEA, health insurance stipend, membership in AVMA and SWIVMA, practice liability insurance, VIN membership, and CE. Highland Veterinary Clinic is pursuing CLEAR certification from NOMV.
