Manage appointments, client records, and communications using our practice software (Covetrus Pulse & Rapport).
Support the veterinary team by maintaining accurate medical and financial data, preparing consent and treatment forms, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
Confidently explain hospital policies, preventive-care recommendations, and basic pet-care guidance.
Handle client check-ins, payments, prescription pickups, and discharge instructions with accuracy and care.
Perform follow-up calls and client education outreach as directed by the office manager or doctors.
Assist with inventory of retail items and over-the-counter preventives; promote products knowledgeably and ethically.
Contribute to marketing, client-education, and reminder campaigns through print or digital media.
Participate in community events, open houses, and clinic projects that support Highland’s mission.
Foster teamwork, kindness, and accountability in daily interactions—supporting coworkers as readily as clients.
